Solid state relays (SSR) from Schneider Electric switch AC loads with no moving contacts, so there is no contact wear and switching is silent. The Harmony SSP1, SSD1 and Easy Harmony range covers 10 A to 125 A with DC control inputs and AC outputs from 24 V up to 600 V. Stoklink ships worldwide from Turkey and quotes project volumes on request.
What's in this range
- Harmony SSP1 panel mount relays, such as 25 A and 50 A types with 24-300 V AC output.
- Harmony SSD1 relays with 48-600 V AC output, 20 A and 35 A.
- Easy Harmony SSP1 relays from 10 A up to 125 A with 24-240 V AC output.
- Versions with a DC control input of 3-32 V DC or 4-32 V DC.
- Zero-cross and random-turn-on variants for resistive and inductive loads.
How to choose
- Load current: select an SSR with margin, since heat dissipation limits the continuous rating.
- Load voltage: the AC output range must cover your line voltage with headroom.
- Control input: 3-32 V DC suits most PLC outputs.
- Heat sink: SSRs above a few amps need a heat sink or panel surface matched to the load.
- Switching type: zero-cross for resistive heaters, random turn-on for faster response.
FAQ
Why does a solid state relay get hot?
The semiconductor has a voltage drop, so it dissipates heat in proportion to load current. Mount it on a heat sink and derate in warm panels.
When should I choose an SSR over an electromechanical relay?
For frequent switching, such as heater control with fast cycles, where mechanical contacts would wear out. For low-leakage or isolation needs, an electromechanical relay is better.
Do you export solid state relays?
Stoklink ships worldwide from Turkey, EXW. Lead time depends on distributor stock, and project quantities are quoted on request.
