Selection Notes
SSP1A125BDT is the panel-mount form of the Harmony SSR line, bolting to a heatsink with the supplied thermal pad rather than clipping onto a DIN rail. At 25 A/24-300 V AC output, it fits motor loads up to 1 hp at 240 V AC. The thermal pad (0.48 C-in2/W impedance) is sized for the relay's 0.8 C/W junction-to-case resistance, so the heatsink itself needs to handle continuous 25 A dissipation to hold the on-state voltage drop near the datasheet's <1.15 V figure. Compare against the 50 A SSP1 part when higher load current is needed in the same panel-mount footprint.
