- Description
The Schneider Electric LV434224 Modbus SL Hub is a DIN-rail-mounted interface module that daisy-chains Modbus connectivity for ComPacT NSX100 to NSX630 circuit breakers. It has 3 RJ45 ports, each connecting to one BSCM Modbus SL/ULP module via a BSCM Modbus cord, and a stacking connector that links through to an IFM or IFE interface module.

Selection Notes
The Modbus SL Hub is required whenever more than one ComPacT NSX breaker's BSCM module needs to share a single Modbus serial line; each hub's 3 RJ45 ports connect up to 3 BSCM-equipped breakers, and its 24 V DC terminal block also accepts other Modbus serial devices and gateways onto the same chain. It is a passive daisy-chain aggregator, not a protocol converter — reaching an Ethernet-based (IFE) or Modbus-TCP master still requires the separate IFM or IFE interface module.
