1) Scope and Carrier
All international shipments are handled primarily via DHL Express. In some countries, equivalent express courier services may be used to ensure timely delivery.
2) Order Processing Time
-
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
-
Cut-off time: Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM (GMT+3) on weekdays are usually shipped the same day.
-
No shipments are processed on weekends or public holidays.
3) Estimated Delivery Times (Transit ETA)
Delivery times depend on destination country and customs procedures. Estimated delivery windows are as follows:
-
Europe (EU/UK/EEA): 1–3 business days
-
Gulf & MENA region: 2–5 business days
-
North America: 2–5 business days
-
Asia-Pacific: 3–6 business days
-
Africa & Latin America: 3–7 business days
Note: Customs clearance, local regulations, or security checks may delay shipments beyond the estimated timeframe.
4) Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an Air Waybill (AWB) tracking number by email. You can track your shipment in real time on DHL’s official tracking page. Some destinations may require a signature upon delivery.
5) Shipping Rates & Volumetric Weight
Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination, package weight, and volumetric weight, whichever is greater. DHL’s standard formula applies:
Volumetric Weight (kg) = (Length × Width × Height in cm) / 5000
During checkout, estimated rates are displayed automatically. Additional charges may apply for oversize parcels or remote delivery areas.
6) Remote Area & Surcharges
Deliveries to addresses listed in DHL’s “Remote Area” database are subject to a Remote Area Surcharge. DHL may also charge for address corrections, second delivery attempts, or other services. Any such additional fees will be billed to the customer.
7) Customs, Duties & Taxes (Incoterms)
Our default shipping term is DAP (Delivered At Place):
-
Import duties, VAT/GST, customs clearance fees, and local delivery charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
-
For select destinations, DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service may be available upon request and prior agreement. Please contact info@stoklink.com before placing your order.
All exports are declared with commercial invoice, HS code, country of origin, and true invoice value. Gift or sample declarations are subject to local customs laws — false declarations cannot be accepted.
8) Delivery Failure, Refused or Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, non-payment of duties, or refusal to accept, it may be returned to origin or destroyed by the carrier.
Return shipping fees, customs charges, and re-shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
9) Address Changes
Once dispatched, address change requests are subject to DHL’s address correction policy and applicable fees. Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correctly formatted before confirming your order.
10) Restricted or Dangerous Goods
Certain products such as hazardous materials, flammable or corrosive chemicals, batteries, biological samples, and other restricted or prohibited items cannot be shipped.
For clarification, please contact us at info@stoklink.com before placing your order.
11) Package Limits
DHL Express enforces specific weight and dimension limits depending on destination country. Oversized or overweight parcels may incur extra charges or require pre-approval.
12) Damaged, Lost or Missing Items
-
If external damage is visible upon delivery, please note it on the delivery receipt and request an inspection report immediately.
-
For internal damage or missing items, report the issue within 48 hours of delivery, including photos, shipping label, and AWB number, to info@stoklink.com.
DHL’s claims process may require additional supporting documentation.
13) Invoicing & Documentation
Invoices can be issued in TRY, EUR, or USD.
As per Turkish export regulations, e-Invoices and export declarations are generated for all international shipments. Business customers must provide valid tax ID and company information during checkout.
14) Restricted Destinations & Sanctions
Due to international trade restrictions and sanctions, we cannot ship to certain countries or regions. Please verify destination eligibility before ordering.
15) Partial Shipments
Orders may be fulfilled in multiple shipments depending on stock availability. Separate tracking numbers will be provided for each parcel.
16) Returns & Exchanges
Our return and exchange process is governed by our Refund & Returns Policy: [LINK].
For international returns, shipping fees, customs duties, and any return-related charges are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount.
17) Force Majeure
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, wars, strikes, pandemics, government actions, or transportation disruptions.
18) Policy Updates
This Shipping Policy may be updated periodically to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. The most recent version will always be available on this page. Customers will be notified of any material updates as required by law.
