  • Description

The Schneider Electric G40ROTDS is a direct rotary handle for the GoPact MCCB 400 moulded case circuit breaker, mounted on the device's own front face. It gives the assembly IP20 protection and can be padlocked in the OFF position with one to three padlocks (5-8 mm shackle, not supplied). The body is grey (RAL 7035) with a dark grey (RAL 7016) handle.

Selection Notes

The direct handle mounts straight on the breaker's own front face, so it only suits breakers installed at the panel front - the extended rotary handle is the alternative where the 400 breaker sits behind the switchboard door. IP20 is adequate for a front panel inside a closed enclosure but does not add the sealing at the operator interface that the extended handle's IP54 rating provides.
