The G20PLUGKIT3P is the conversion kit, not the base - it fits onto the breaker itself and still needs the matching 3P plug-in base installed in the panel for a complete withdrawable configuration. Its safety trip interlock prevents the breaker being withdrawn while it is closed on load, which matters on a 200 A circuit where unintentional disconnection under load could damage the plug contacts; order the 4P kit instead for a 4-pole GoPact MCCB 200.
