The Schneider Electric G20-25SHT240AC is an MX shunt-trip release that fits both the GoPact MCCB 200 and GoPact MCCB 250, powered from a 240 V AC 50/60 Hz control circuit. It opens the breaker on command once the supply reaches 0.7 times Un, giving a remote-trip signal independent of the main power circuit. Maximum response time is 25 ms.

Choose the G20-25SHT240AC when the GoPact MCCB 200 or 250 needs to be opened remotely on command from a protection relay, emergency-stop circuit or BMS, rather than through loss of supply voltage. Its 240 V AC coil only opens the breaker when energized above 0.7 times Un, so it complements rather than replaces an undervoltage release where the trip condition is a voltage drop.
