The Siemens 6SL3130-6TE23-6AA3 is a SINAMICS S120 Smart Line Module rated 60A, 36kW, converting 3AC 380-480V line input into a DC 600V link for the drive group. It carries a 65kA short-circuit strength rating and includes the DRIVE-CLiQ cable, with internal air cooling in the Bookize frame. Line frequency spans 47 to 63 Hz.

The Smart Line Module supplies the DC link non-regeneratively at up to 118A maximum (70kW), rated continuously at 36kW / 60A within the 65kA short-circuit strength class - pick it over an Active Line Module variant when regenerative braking back into the line is not required and a simpler, non-controlled rectifier front end is acceptable. The 1.35 x line voltage DC-link relationship means a 400V line produces roughly a 540V DC link, sizing the downstream Motor Modules accordingly. Conductor cross-section runs 2.5 to 50mm2 with up to 630m of shielded cable to the line reactor or filter.

Applications

Used as the mains-side infeed module in a SINAMICS S120 Bookize drive line, feeding the shared DC link that supplies Motor Modules such as Single or Double Motor Module axes in the same cabinet. Degree of protection is IP20 / UL open type for panel-mounted installation.
