- Description
The Schneider Electric LV848211 is an MCH electric motor mechanism for fixed MasterPact MTZ2 and MTZ3 air circuit breakers, built for remote operation on a 100-130 V AC 50/60 Hz control supply. It charges the breaker's closing springs in 4 s or less, enabling remote closing without a manual handle.

Selection Notes
Specify the LV848211 for new MasterPact MTZ2/MTZ3 builds that need remote closing at a 100-130 V AC control voltage; the 200-240 V and 250-277 V siblings cover higher control circuits. It is the factory-fit equivalent of the LV847893SP spare part, sharing the same 4 s charging time and 240 V, 10 A limit switch contact. Fixed mounting only — drawout breakers use a different mechanism reference. Overcurrent protection at 2-3 x In within 0.1 s disconnects the motor circuit quickly if it stalls mid-charge. All three voltage options share the same 4 s charging time and mounting footprint.
