- Description
The Schneider Electric LV847395 is an MCH electric motor mechanism for fixed MasterPact MTZ1 air circuit breakers, built for remote operation on a 100-130 V AC 50/60 Hz control supply. It automatically charges the breaker's closing springs in 3 s or less, enabling remote closing without a manual charging handle.

Selection Notes
The LV847395 only fits fixed MasterPact MTZ1 breakers; the MTZ2/MTZ3 frame uses a different MCH reference. Match its 100-130 V AC control supply to the panel's control voltage, since the same mechanism is also sold for 200-240 V and 277-415 V circuits. With a 3 s charging time and a built-in limit switch contact rated 240 V 10 A, it suits applications that need remote re-closing after a trip without an operator opening the cubicle door. Overcurrent protection at 2-3 x In within 0.1 s disconnects the motor circuit quickly if the mechanism stalls mid-charge, limiting the fault current drawn before a protective device clears it.
