The Schneider Electric LV833170SP is a chassis position auxiliary contact for drawout MasterPact MTZ1, MTZ2 and MTZ3 air circuit breakers, signalling the connected (CE), disconnected (CD) or test (CT) position of the breaker in its cradle through one normally open / normally closed contact rated up to 690 V AC.

Selection Notes

LV833170SP only applies to drawout MTZ frames, since the CE/CD/CT function reports the chassis position that a fixed breaker does not have. The 1 NO/NC contact and 690 V AC/250 V DC rating let it feed a PLC input or interlock circuit directly without an interposing relay in most control-voltage designs.
