The Schneider Electric HMIST6500 is a Harmony ST6 touch panel screen with a 10.1-inch wide 1024x600 WSVGA colour display, two serial COM ports (RS-232C and RS-485), two Ethernet ports, and USB host/device connections. It runs on EcoStruxure Operator Terminal Expert, draws 12.6 W from a 24 V DC supply, and carries an IP65 front-panel rating.

Selection Notes

Choose the 10-inch HMIST6500 over the smaller Harmony ST6 panels when the machine needs both serial and Ethernet connectivity (RS-232C, RS-485, and 2x Ethernet together) alongside a readable 10.1-inch screen for multi-pane layouts — the STW-series Web panels in the same frame size drop the COM ports in favour of an Ethernet-only, browser-based interface. Its 255 x 185 mm cut-out is unique to this screen size, so it is not interchangeable with the 15-inch model in the same range without re-cutting the enclosure.
