The HMIST6400 steps up from the 4-inch HMIST6200 with a second COM2 (RS485) port and a second Ethernet port, useful for a dedicated device bus plus a plant network link on the same panel. Its 800 x 480 WVGA screen and 1 GB device memory support more on-screen objects than the entry 4-inch model, while the 12-inch HMIST6600 is the choice when the layout needs more screen real estate.
