Choose the larger HMISCU8A5 (5.7-inch, 16 DI/10 DO) when the application needs more I/O points or a bigger screen on the same SCU architecture. CANopen master and Modbus TCP/IP support let it supervise simple distributed I/O without a separate PLC.
