Selection Notes

The HMIPSPS752D1X01 is the performance-tier Harmony EP5 panel PC; choose the Core i5 / 8 GB configuration when the SCADA project is running heavier SCADA logic, more concurrent trends/alarms, or multiple screens that benefit from extra CPU and RAM, and the Celeron Optimized variant otherwise. Both share the same 15.6-inch fanless enclosure, so the choice between them is purely a processing-power decision, not a form-factor one.

Applications

The fanless, passively cooled design and IP65 front rating suit panel-door mounting on production-line SCADA stations, while the 12...24 V DC input matches standard control-cabinet power distribution without a separate AC supply. The 400 cd/m2 luminance and 160 x 170 degree viewing angle keep the screen readable from the side in a walk-by control-room layout, and the aluminum alloy housing is rated for continuous duty in a cabinet environment.
