Pick it for a network-integrated door or gate reader where the controller polls the reader remotely; keep the RF1070R where the reader sits next to its host PC.

Applications

PoE power over the RJ45 run simplifies cabling at distributed access points, and IEC 61406-1:2022 identification-link support lets the reader be looked up on the network by its digital nameplate.
