Selection Notes
At 0.365 dB/m, the 3 m length loses about 1.1 dB before the antenna, more headroom than the 1 m version for mounting the antenna a short distance from the reader while staying on the same thin LMR-195 cable. Past a few meters the loss adds up faster on LMR-195 than on the thicker LMR-300 or LMR-400 cables used at longer lengths in this line, so 3 m is the practical upper bound before switching cable type matters for link budget. Both ends terminate RP-TNC, matching the RF600 reader and antenna connectors directly.
