It carries 2000 bytes on a Fujitsu MB89R118 FRAM chip in a stainless-steel and PA6.6 GF body, sealed to IP68/IPx9K. At 24 mm diameter and 10 mm height it withstands -40 to +125 degrees C outside the read/write zone.
