The Siemens 6GT2600-3AC00 is an MDS D324 transponder for the RF200, RF300 and MOBY D read/write systems, a 27 x 4 mm epoxy-resin button with an Infineon My-D SRF 55V10P chip built for ISO 15693 operation at 13.56 MHz and 992 bytes of EEPROM user memory. It withstands continuous operation up to 125 C, short excursions to 140 C outside the read/write zone, and is IP67 rated.
