The Siemens 6GT2600-3AA10 is an MDS D339 transponder for the RF200, RF300 and MOBY D read/write systems, an 85 x 15 mm PPS disc with an Infineon My-D SRF 55V10P chip built for ISO 15693 operation at 13.56 MHz and 992 bytes of EEPROM user memory.
