The Siemens 6GT2600-1AA01-0AX0 is an MDS D261 HF label for the RF200, RF300 and MOBY D read/write systems, a 55 x 55 x 0.3 mm adhesive PET label with an STM LRI2K chip built for ISO 15693 operation at 13.56 MHz and 316 bytes (2528 bits) of EEPROM user memory. Selection Notes
The 316-byte memory on the 6GT2600-1AA01-0AX0 is roughly triple the 112-byte capacity of the standard MDS D1xx labels in this series, which matters when a workflow writes routing or batch data onto the tag instead of just an ID. The tradeoff is shelf life: the label's adhesive is only rated for a 2-year storage period, so it should be applied from stock that turns over, not held as long-term spare inventory. At 55 x 55 mm it needs more surface area than the smaller MDS D165 label, so use it where the mounting surface has room and the extra memory is actually needed.
