The Siemens 6EP4134-0GB00-0AY0 SITOP UPS1100 battery module supplies 7 Ah of maintenance-free sealed lead-acid backup capacity at 24 V DC for SITOP DC UPS modules. It delivers up to 40 A of buffering current, 120 A for 30 ms peak, and communicates battery status over its built-in interface, in an IP20, Class III enclosure rated for -15 to +50 degC operation.

Service life drops sharply with ambient temperature: rated 4 years typical at 20 degC, but only 1 year at 40 degC and 0.5 years at 50 degC, so cabinet ventilation directly affects replacement interval. The 40 A output current and 120 A/30 ms peak rating size this module for higher-current DC UPS loads rather than small single-PLC backup, where a lower-capacity battery module would be adequate. It connects to the SITOP UPS1100 host module via screw terminals (0.5-16 mm² for +BAT/-BAT), not a plug-in system.
