NEC Class 2 certification to UL 1310 lets this PSU6200 variant feed low-voltage control and signaling circuits in US installations without the conduit and disconnect requirements of a Class 1 supply, a distinction the plain PSU6200 24 V/1.3 A and 12 A models do not carry. At 3.7 A it sits between the 1.3 A and 12 A PSU6200 24 V models, sized for a mid-size panel of relays, sensors and a small controller while keeping the Class 2 listing that larger-current units give up.
