The Siemens 6EP4436-8XB00-0CY0 is a SITOP CNX8600 expansion module that adds four isolated, individually adjustable 24 V DC outputs at 5 A each to a SITOP PSU8600 power supply, without increasing the PSU8600 system's total output power. Each output is adjustable from 4 to 28 V via potentiometer or the PROFINET interface and reports its own operating state on a dedicated LED.

Selection Notes

Each of the four outputs can be trimmed independently from 4 to 28 V by potentiometer or over the PROFINET interface, so mixed-voltage loads can be served from one CNX8600 instead of separate supplies. The overload threshold is adjustable per output from 0.5 to 5 A through the same two access methods, letting each trip point be matched to its actual downstream load rather than left at the full 5 A rating. Because the module adds outputs without increasing the PSU8600 system's total power budget, the base PSU8600 unit has to be sized for the combined load before a CNX8600 is added for extra connection points.
