The Schneider Electric XD4PA24 is a Harmony XB4 joystick controller with a chromium-plated metal bezel, 22.5 mm mounting diameter, and a spring-return-to-zero mechanism across 4 directions, giving 1 NO contact per direction. It mounts into a standard 22 mm panel cut-out and is rated IP66, recentering automatically for two-axis momentary jog control.

Combining 4-direction travel with spring return gives true two-axis dead-man control, the layout to specify for cranes and hoists that must stop moving as soon as the operator releases the lever. The stay-put XD4PA14 covers the same 4 directions where the lever should hold its position instead.
