Selection Notes

The long handle gives more leverage and visibility than the standard XB5AD33 handle for a 3-position maintained mode selector, useful where operators work at an angle to the panel or wear gloves. Each of the two active positions closes its own NO contact, letting the control system confirm which of two modes is selected rather than inferring it from a single signal. Choose the spring-return XB5AJ53 instead where the side positions must be momentary rather than maintained.
