Unlike the maintained XB5AD33, this handle returns to the center position the moment the operator lets go, which suits a momentary jog-left/jog-right command where the neutral state must be the default whenever no one is actively holding the handle. Each side position closes its own NO contact, so the two outer positions can drive two different jog directions from one component instead of two separate push buttons.
