Selection Notes
RXG16BD's 1 C/O, 10 A contact is the higher-current half of the RXG family - the 2 C/O variant in the same series carries only 5 A per contact, so pick this single-pole version where one heavier load needs switching rather than two lighter ones. The basic cover without a lockable test button keeps the part cost down for panels where relay forcing for commissioning is done at the PLC or terminal strip rather than at the relay itself; the status LED still gives a visual energised indication without that test function. Safety reliability data rates the contact at B10d = 100,000 operations, and the relay tolerates up to 1,800 switching cycles per hour under load (18,000 no-load) - figures worth checking against the driven PLC output or alarm circuit's switching frequency before specifying it into a high-cycle application.
