Schneider Electric RPM21B7 Harmony RPM 15A 2CO 24V AC Plug-In Relay

The Schneider Electric RPM21B7 is a Harmony RPM series plug-in power relay with 2 C/O contacts rated 15 A and a 24 V AC 50/60 Hz control coil. A lockable test button lets a technician actuate the relay by hand during panel commissioning, and the AgNi contacts carry the full 15 A load at 250 V AC or 28 V DC across an ambient range of -40 to 55°C.

Selection Notes

The lockable test button on the RPM21B7 lets a panel builder trip and reset the 2 C/O contacts by hand without opening the enclosure, which is useful for commissioning checks on a 24 V AC control loop. At 15 A/250 V AC on the NO contacts (7.5 A/250 V AC on NC), it is sized to switch contactor coils, indicator circuits or small motor starters directly, without an interposing relay ahead of it. The B10d = 100,000 reliability figure with a <=1200 cycles/hour under-load rating fits control loops with moderate switching frequency rather than high-speed cycling, and the -40 to 55°C operating range covers unheated enclosures and outdoor cabinets alike.
