- Description
The BSH1404P11F2P is a Schneider Electric Lexium 32 BSH low-inertia AC servo motor rated for 32.1 N·m continuous stall torque at 3000 rpm nominal speed, built on a 140 mm international standard flange. It uses a keyed shaft and ships with brake, paired with Lexium servo drives via a single-turn SinCos Hiperface absolute encoder.

Selection Notes
At 32.1 N·m continuous stall torque on a 140 mm flange, this is the low-inertia class of the Lexium 32 line, suited to fast point-to-point and cyclic motion (pick-and-place, indexing) rather than constant-load conveying. The keyed shaft gives a positive, slip-free torque connection for direct coupling, the standard interface across the BSH10xx frame. It ships with brake: pick this variant for vertical or overhauling axes where the load must hold position when the LXM32 drive is de-energized (36 N·m holding torque). For a horizontal axis where the drive's own regenerative braking is sufficient, the equivalent no-brake variant saves the added length and brake pull-in power. The single-turn SinCos Hiperface absolute encoder (131,072 counts/revolution) reports exact shaft angle within one mechanical turn without a battery, so the drive reads position on power-up without a separate homing move for single-turn travel. Continuous stall current is 21.3 A and maximum permanent current 95.6 A: size the paired LXM32 drive to this continuous rating rather than the frame's peak figure, and re-check drive sizing before substituting a different torque variant of this same 140 mm flange into an existing design.
