- Description
The BMI1002P16A is a Schneider Electric Lexium 32i BMI integrated servo motor — motor and servo drive combined in one housing — rated 6 N·m continuous stall torque at 6000 rpm maximum mechanical speed, built for a three-phase 208-480 V supply on a 100 mm international standard flange. It pairs with the LXM32i CANopen or EtherCAT control unit and uses a single-turn SinCos Hiperface encoder (32768 points/turn).

Selection Notes
The BMI1002P16A integrates the servo drive into the motor housing, removing the separate drive module and its cabinet space — relevant when panel footprint, not raw torque, is the constraint. Its three-phase 208-480 V supply makes it the choice for machines with a three-phase feed at the axis, as opposed to the single-phase BMI0702T16A on the smaller 70 mm frame; it also delivers more than double the continuous torque (6 N·m vs 2.48 N·m). At 4 A continuous stall current and 6 kg·cm² rotor inertia, it suits medium-inertia axes; the integrated EMC filter and 32768-point/turn absolute encoder keep wiring to a single power/feedback cable run back to the LXM32i CANopen or EtherCAT control unit.
