The larger flange gives it 392 N maximum radial force and 147 N maximum axial force — higher mechanical load ratings than the 60 mm-flange 200 W siblings.

Net weight rises to 2.1 kg against 1.35 kg for the brakeless BCH18MF02332A5C. Continuous stall current is unchanged at 1.6 A for Lexium 18 (LXM18) drive sizing. The 23-bit incremental encoder means the axis still needs a homing move at startup despite the brake holding mechanical position between cycles. Maximum mechanical speed is rated to 6000 rpm, double the 3000 rpm nominal speed used above, leaving margin for brief overspeed during deceleration moves. IP67 sealing and the shared two-connector power/feedback interface mean this fully-optioned 80 mm-flange motor uses the same cabling and enclosure design as the rest of the Easy Lexium 18 BCH18 range despite its higher mechanical load ratings.
