The Siemens 6XV1870-3QH40 is a SIMATIC NET Industrial Ethernet TP Cord, a 4 m Cat6a S/FTP patch cable pre-assembled with two RJ45 connectors for 10/100/1000/10000 Mbit/s links. It supports PoE, PoE+, and PoE++ power delivery, carries an IP20 rating, and is halogen-free per EN 60754-2, and rated for -25 degC to +80 degC ambient use.

Cat6A S/FTP construction supports 10 Gbit/s links to 100 m per ISO/IEC 11801-1 and adds PoE++ current-carrying capacity, so this cord suits high-power PoE cameras or access points as well as straight data links. The pre-assembled 4 m length with latched RJ45 plugs at both ends removes field termination as a failure point on short runs — for longer or custom-length connections, a bulk IE FC cable with separately terminated connectors is the alternative. FRNC sheathing and Eca burning-behavior classification make it suitable for cable trays inside machine enclosures where flame spread is a concern.
