The Siemens 6GK5774-1FX00-0AA0 SCALANCE W774-1 RJ45 is an IWLAN access point with a single 2.4/5 GHz radio supporting IEEE 802.11n at up to 300 Mbit/s gross, two R-SMA ports for external antennas, and two 100 Mbit/s RJ45 ports on an integrated PoE switch. It runs from 19.2-28.8 V DC or Power-over-Ethernet, carries an IP30 rating for -20 to +60 degrees C panel-mount use, and adds FM Class I Division 2 hazardous-location approval.

A KEY-PLUG memory module unlocks iPCF, iREF, or iPRP roaming features on top of the base 802.11n radio - the module is ordered separately and determines which of those functions activate. IP30 means this unit needs a control cabinet; choose the W774-1 M12 EEC variant instead for direct outdoor or vehicle mounting without added enclosure protection.
