The Siemens 6GK5324-4QG10-3HR2 SCALANCE XR324-4M PoE is a managed Layer 2 Industrial Ethernet switch for 19-inch rack mounting, with 16 electrical 10/100/1000 Mbit/s RJ45 ports (8 of them PoE-capable) plus four slots for 2-port media modules, all accessed from the rear. It runs from a 230 V AC (85 ... 264 V) supply and supports MRP/HRP ring redundancy with a redundancy manager, meeting PROFINET conformity class B.

Rear ports route cabling behind the rack instead of the front, matching cabinets wired from the back; a front-port AC sibling and DC-supplied siblings cover the other mounting/power combinations. This build shares the front-port AC variant's 230 V (85 ... 264 V) supply, cULus listing, and -40 ... +70 °C ambient rating, plus a redundant power input this particular unit adds.
