This 230 V AC (85 ... 264 V) supply variant fits 19-inch cabinets that only distribute mains power, drawing a maximum 0.09 A through an IEC C14 inlet instead of a terminal block — a 24 V DC-supplied sibling exists for cabinets built around a DC power bus. Port count, redundancy protocols, and PROFINET conformity class B are otherwise identical to that DC sibling, so the choice comes down to which power infrastructure the cabinet already carries.
