The single-mode 1000 Mbit/s SC port on this XB004-1LDG variant pushes the fiber uplink out to 10 km, well beyond the 750 m multimode budget of the XB004-1G, so pick it for longer inter-building or plant-wide Gigabit runs. Both Gigabit variants share the same 24 V DC-only supply and 0.52 A draw. Drop back to the 100 Mbit/s XB004-1/XB004-1LD pair instead when the attached devices do not need Gigabit throughput and an AC/DC dual-rated supply is preferred.
