Selection Notes

Each of the 4 outputs has an independently adjustable 2 - 10 A threshold, so one module protects branch circuits of different current ratings from a single 40 A / 24 V feed without oversizing every channel to the largest load. The 3-stage switch-off (overcurrent at approx. 5 s, current limiting at approx. 100 ms, immediate cutoff at approx. 0.5 ms) trips selectively ahead of the upstream supply's own protection, isolating a faulted branch before the whole 24 V bus drops.

Applications

Splits a single 24 V DC feed from a SITOP power supply into 4 individually protected branch circuits in a control cabinet, isolating a shorted sensor or actuator line without taking down the whole 24 V bus.
