Siemens 6AU1410-2AD00-0AA0 SIMOTION D410-2 DP/PN 8-Axis Motion Controller

The Siemens 6AU1410-2AD00-0AA0 is a SIMOTION D410-2 DP/PN drive-based motion controller supporting up to 8 axes, with an integrated servo/vector/V-f drive control channel for one axis based on SINAMICS S120 CU310-2 technology. It offers PROFIBUS and dual-port PROFINET interfaces, 122 Mbyte RAM, and a minimum servo cycle of 0.5 ms.

The D410-2 DP/PN combines PLC/motion control and one axis of integrated drive control (servo, vector, or V/f) in a single unit, based on SINAMICS S120 CU310-2 firmware - useful when a compact single-axis machine doesn't justify a separate drive and controller. Up to 8 axes total are supported via the PROFIBUS/PROFINET/DRIVE-CLiQ interfaces for additional external axes beyond the one integrated drive channel. The dual PROFINET ports with IRT support isochronous multi-axis synchronization down to a 0.5 ms servo cycle.

Fits single- or multi-axis machines - packaging, converting, pick-and-place - where the controller both runs the PLC/motion program and directly drives one integrated axis, with additional axes coordinated over PROFINET IRT or PROFIBUS.
