The Siemens 3RW5243-6AC14 is a SIRIUS 3RW52 soft starter specified for mid-to-large three-phase motors. It provides a rated operational current of 210 A (at 40 °C) and is designed for line voltages from 200 to 480 V AC. In standard direct connection (star/triangle or direct switching) the unit covers typical motor ratings up to 110 kW at 400 V (55 kW at 230 V); when used in an inside-delta (internal delta) configuration the maximum compatible motor rating rises to around 200 kW. Control and auxiliary circuitry accept 110–250 V AC control voltage, and the device offers three-phase thyristor control for smooth ramp-up and ramp-down behaviour.
