Selection Notes
At 135 kW and 210 A this is the highest-output winding in the whole ten-part 1PH8 range covered here, and current actually falls from 225 A at 1500-1750 r/min to 210 A at 2000 r/min as the torque curve rolls off from 688 Nm to 645 Nm. It also uses the 1XB7422-P06 terminal box rather than the 1XB7322-P05 fitted to every other winding in this frame and the 1PH8184 frame, so cabling and gland plate spares are not interchangeable with the rest of the line-up. Choose this winding over the sealed IP55 winding covering the same 1500-2000 r/min band when the extra 41 kW is required and open ingress protection is acceptable; choose the 1000-1350 r/min winding in this frame instead when the load needs more than 645 Nm continuously at low speed.
