Selection Notes
At 8 Nm and 7.7 kg this is a step up in frame size from the 1FK2104 line while keeping the same D19 x 40 mm shaft and M17 rotatable connector, so it drops into the same mechanical interface where more torque is needed. The 380-480 V rating gives double the speed and power of the 200-240 V rating at the same 8 Nm torque, so size the supply voltage to the required speed rather than torque alone. The OCC cable carries power and absolute feedback together, and because the AS22DQC encoder is single-turn absolute, the SINAMICS S210 resolves position within one revolution at power-up; multi-turn indexing axes still need a homing move.
Applications
Fits higher-torque conveyor, indexing, and small robotic axes that outgrow the 1FK2104 line, run from a SINAMICS S210 servo drive. IP64 covers dust and splash from any direction, not washdown or submersion.
