The square head is a shape-coded alternative to the round XB6AV3BB for the same electrical function, letting a panel builder distinguish indicator groups by silhouette as well as colour. Green follows IEC 60073 colour-coding for a normal-running or ready status. At 12...24 V AC/DC with 15 mA draw, the integral LED runs directly off the same low-voltage control supply as a PLC output.
