The yellow-lidded polycarbonate housing is rated IP66/IP67/IP69/IP69K for washdown-exposed emergency stop points.

Key release (key number 455) restricts who can reset the emergency stop, which is the reason to specify it over the turn-to-release XALK178 where unauthorized reset is a safety concern. Contact arrangement and IP rating otherwise match the turn-to-release sibling.
