The Schneider Electric XACA211 is a Harmony XAC pistol-grip pendant control station with two booted push buttons wired 1 NO each, raise and lower, built for single-speed hoist motor control. Selection Notes

The XACA211's two-button layout, raise and lower, both 1 NO and slow-break, with mechanical interlocking prevents both directions being commanded at once, standard practice for single-speed hoist control where a simultaneous raise/lower signal would fault the motor circuit. Its A600 AC-15 contact rating (3 A at 240 V) sizes it for control-circuit pilot duty rather than direct motor switching, working through a contactor or hoist controller. Double-insulated polypropylene construction with IP65/IK08 protection suits suspended pendant use in workshop and yard environments exposed to dust, low-pressure washdown, and impact.

Applications

Deployed as the pendant control for single-speed hoist motors, for example overhead crane or hoist raise/lower control, wired to a compatible auxiliary contact block for each direction. The stepped rubber cable entry (7-15 mm) and screw-clamp terminals accommodate common pendant cable sizes.
