At 0.3 m, the VW3CANCARR03 suits short device-to-device hops on a CANopen bus segment, such as connecting two adjacent drives or a drive to a nearby Magelis HMI panel, rather than a full cabinet-to-cabinet run. Both ends use RJ45 connectors, matching the CANopen wiring on Altivar 32, Altivar Process ATV600/ATV900, Lexium 28/SD3 and Modicon M238/M258/LMC058 devices. For longer bus runs between cabinets, a longer CANopen cable in the same range is needed instead of daisy-chaining several short cables.
