The Schneider Electric TPRST080 is a TeSys island motor starter rated 66 A at AC-3 for direct-on-line control of motors up to 37 kW at 400 V (80 A at AC-1, up to 690 V). Connected through a TPRBC bus coupler, it provides thermal overload, phase-loss, phase-unbalance, and ground-current protection with a 4-80 A adjustable thermal setting.

At 66 A AC-3 / 37 kW, the TPRST080 is the top-current TeSys island starter in this frame, with the widest thermal adjustment range in the lineup at 4-80 A, so it also covers motors well below its full rating without moving to a smaller unit. The 1000 A rated breaking capacity and 900 A / 1 s short-time withstand current give it headroom against fault currents when coordinated with an upstream breaker. It has no onboard SIL safety function; where the motor branch needs a certified safe-stop function, a SIL-rated island starter with a safety interface module is the appropriate choice instead.
