Schneider Electric TPRST025 TeSys Island TPRST 25A 3P 11kW DOL Motor Starter Module

The Schneider Electric TPRST025 is a TeSys island direct-on-line motor starter (device short name TPRST) rated 25 A (AC-3) at up to 440 V, for motors up to 11 kW at 380-415 V. Connected to a TPRBC bus coupler, it provides upstream voltage detection plus electrical line and load protection, with power monitoring available via a TPRVM module.

Selection Notes

The 25 A AC-3 rating covers direct-on-line starting of motors up to 11 kW at 380-415 V, with the thermal overload adjustable from 0.5 to 25 A across trip classes 5 to 30. Operation always requires a TPRBC bus coupler, which supplies the 24 V DC control power and the fieldbus connection - this starter has no standalone control circuit of its own. Unlike the SIL-rated starter in this island range, the TPRST025 has no safe-stop function and no compatibility with a safety interface module, making it the choice for standard motor control duties without a functional-safety requirement. Adding a TPRVM voltage module extends monitoring to active/reactive power, energy and true power factor.
