Schneider Electric TPRPM080 TeSys Island TPRPM 80A 3P 37kW Power Interface Module

The Schneider Electric TPRPM080 is a TeSys island power module (device short name TPRPM) rated 80 A (AC-3, AC-1 and AC-3e) at up to 440 V, sized for motors up to 37 kW at 380-415 V. Connected to a TPRBC bus coupler, it delivers electronic thermal overload protection and current/voltage monitoring, and controls third-party power switching devices when paired with a TPRDG digital IO module.

The 80 A rating, identical across AC-3, AC-1 and AC-3e, covers monitoring and protection of motors up to 37 kW at 380-415 V, with the thermal overload adjustable from 4 to 80 A across trip classes 5 to 30. Unlike the island's motor starters, the TPRPM080 carries no rated making or breaking capacity of its own - it is a protection and monitoring interface, and switching the load itself requires an external power device controlled through a paired TPRDG digital IO module. EverLink BTR screw connectors, rated up to 35 mm2, reflect the larger cable sizes this current level needs compared with the lower-current members of this power-module family. Current consumption stays at 60 mA regardless of current rating, with 2.3 W dissipation at Ie AC-3.
