- Description
The Schneider Electric LUCB32ES is a TeSys Ultra advanced control unit that plugs into an LUB320 or LUB380 power base to form a complete TeSys U starter-controller for 3-phase motors up to 15 kW at 400 V. It covers an adjustable rated current Ir of 8-32 A with class 10 overload tripping, and runs on 48 V AC / 48-72 V DC control power.

Selection Notes
The 48-72 V AC/DC control voltage sets this unit apart from the 110-240 V LUCB32FU sibling, matching panels built on a 48 V or 24-72 V control bus rather than a standard 110/240 V transformer tap. Its thermal overload alarm needs an additional function module ordered separately for diagnostics, unlike the higher-voltage siblings that support the LUFDA/LULC alarm modules directly; pick the 110-240 V coil version instead when the panel already runs that control voltage.
Applications
3-phase motor starters up to 15 kW at 400 V in panels standardized on a 48 V DC or AC control bus, common in battery-backed or low-voltage-control industrial machinery.
